All the homes are supplied with, orthopaedic mattresses , washing machine, washing lines, outside showers, for that all important shower to remove the sand from your feet, stone barbeques, mosquitoes nets, towels, t-towels and table cloths, kitchen utensils, bed linens, hair dryers, irons and iron boards, TV, and deck chair with umbrella, all in the latest Mediterranean fashion.
The DISTANCE from the residence to the beach is of, 250 metres, a beach that is free of charge, a scene that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your veranda overlooking the shore, or from one of the rooms.
Local amenities within walking distance, I.E. Supermarket, coffee shop, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and ice cream parlours.
The city of Alcamo and Castellammare are 4 km from the residence, where there is numerous stylish shops, cultural events and a weekly market.
Also during the summer months, stalls are positioned all along the promenade, where many bargains can be found.
